The Tray Alerts screen allows you to change settings for incoming call alerts displayed in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
To access the Settings - Tray Alerts screen, click Settings on the left navigation panel:
and then click Tray Alerts:

Display tray alerts on incoming calls
By default PhoneTray does not show tray call alerts for blocked calls. To disable tray alerts for all calls, uncheck this checkbox:
If tray alerts are enabled, when a new call is detected, PhoneTray displays tray call alert in the bottom-right corner of the screen:
Tray alert displays the caller's name, number, date/time of the call and the line that received the call. PhoneTray doesn't display the line that received the call if you have only one phone line.

Tray call alerts settings
By default tray call alerts are dismissed automatically after 30 seconds. You can change the timeout by entering a new value into the timeout box:
If you don't want PhoneTray to dismiss tray alerts automatically after timeout, please select the next option:
With this option incoming call alerts will stay on your screen until you close them manually. When a new call comes in and the maximum number of alerts is already displayed, the new alerts are not shown until one of the old alerts is closed. PhoneTray puts new alerts into the queue to show them later after you close old alerts. That way you will not miss any call alerts received earlier.
Display tray alerts for blocked calls
By default PhoneTray doesn't show tray alerts for blocked calls. Check this box if you want to see tray alerts for blocked calls:
