The Speech settings allow you to configure settings for incoming call announcements.
To access the Settings - Speech screen, click Settings on the left navigation panel:
and then click Speech:

Clicking Speech brings up the Settings - Speech screen:
Use speech to announce calls
PhoneTray announces incoming calls through computer speakers using text-to-speech. PhoneTray doesn't announce blocked calls. To disable incoming call announcements for all calls, uncheck this checkbox:
Announce caller's name, number or both
You can configure PhoneTray to announce the caller's name, number or both:
Computer voice
Select a computer voice you would like to use for call announcements. All versions of Windows starting from Windows XP include at least 1 computer voice:
Audio device
Select your audio device that PhoneTray will use to announce calls:
By default PhoneTray uses audio device selected as default in Windows.
Speech volume
Adjust the speech volume slider to change speech volume:
Speech speed slider
The speech speed slider changes how fast the selected computer voice speaks:
Repeat announcements
Change the Repeat announcements box to adjust how many times the call is announced:
Press the Test button to hear demo call announcement with your selected settings.
Tip:
You can change how PhoneTray announces a specific contact on the Edit Contact form.
