Block incoming calls during quiet time
During quiet time PhoneTray doesn't ring through your computer speakers and doesn't announce incoming calls. However, your phone will still ring during quiet time unless you select the option to block incoming calls during quiet time:
If you check box 'Block incoming calls during quiet time', PhoneTray will answer incoming calls during quiet time, play selected message to the caller and hang up. To select the message the callers will hear during quiet time, click the
button to open the folder with the zap messages that are included with PhoneTray. You can also double-click on the message selection box to select an audio file. Click the Clear
button to clear selection. Click the Play
button to play a selected audio file.
Tip:
You can allow important contacts to ring through during quiet time. To do that, go to Edit Contact for that contact and check 'Allow calls from this contact during quiet time' checkbox.
