Select call(s)
To select a single call, simply click on a call row. The call will become highlighted:
To select multiple consecutive calls, click on the first call you want to select, press and hold the Shift button on the keyboard, then click on the last call you want to select while holding Shift:
To select multiple non-consecutive calls, click on the first call you want to select, press and hold the Ctrl button on the keyboard, then click on each call you want to select while holding Ctrl. Click on any call while not holding Ctrl to clear the call selection:
To select all calls on the Calls screen, simply click the Select All button on the Calls ribbon menu or right-click on any call on the Calls screen and select Select All menu item from the Calls context menu.
Tip:
You can also select all calls on the Calls screen by pressing Ctrl + A.
Delete call(s)
To delete a single call from the Calls screen, simply click on a call you want to delete and then click the Delete button on the Calls ribbon menu or right-click on the call and select Delete from the Calls context menu.
To delete multiple calls, select calls you want to delete as described in Select Call(s) above and then click the Delete button on the Calls ribbon menu or right-click on one of the selected calls and select Delete from the Calls context menu.
Copy call(s)
You can copy selected call(s) to the clipboard and then paste call(s) information into another program, for example Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word.
To copy a single call from the Calls screen, simply click on a call you want to copy and then click the Copy button on the Calls ribbon menu or right-click on the call and select Copy from the Calls context menu.
To copy multiple calls, select calls you want to copy as described in Select call(s) above and then click the Copy button on the Calls ribbon menu or right-click on one of the selected calls and select Copy from the Calls context menu.
To paste calls information into the program of your choice, right-click any place in the document opened in that program and select Paste from the dropdown menu or press Ctrl + V at any place in the document.
You can also export your call history to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word or PDF formats using Print function. For more information please refer to the How to export my calls, contacts, black list or white list to Excel, CSV or PDF article.
Tip:
You can select and copy all calls received today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month or last month by clicking on Today / Yesterday / This Week / Last Week / This Month / Last Month category on the left panel and then clicking Select All and Copy buttons on the Calls ribbon menu.
