You can click the Pencil button to edit the dial number. PhoneTray understands special symbols such as * and # in the dial number. You can also use , (comma) to indicate a pause during dialing. After you pick up your phone receiver / handset you can click the Hang Up button to disconnect PhoneTray modem from the line. You will still stay connected on the call until you hang up your phone.

If the number you are calling is busy, PhoneTray will automatically terminate the call and try to redial after 60 seconds:
PhoneTray will continue redialing automatically every minute until the number becomes available. If you don’t want to try anymore click the Cancel button or simply close the Dial screen by clicking the Close button in the top-right corner.
