Calls screen
To access the Calls screen, click Calls on the left navigation panel:
PhoneTray logs all your incoming calls and outgoing calls dialed using PhoneTray.

Each call is represented by a row in the grid:
PhoneTray uses different colors to indicate the calls from your contacts or blacklisted and whitelisted callers. The caller's name and number are blue for calls from your Contacts, green for calls from whitelisted numbers and red for calls from blacklisted numbers.
The first column on the Calls list is usually empty unless it's a blocked call or outgoing call
.
The blocked icon is shown for the calls that were blocked by PhoneTray. You can hover your mouse over the blocked
icon to find out why the call was blocked. For example, the call was blocked because the caller's number is on your black list or the call was blocked per your privacy settings:
Other columns show the caller's Name, Number and Date/Time of the call. The Notes column contains the note you added for the call if any. If the second line is enabled on the Settings - Lines screen, you will see the Line column indicating which line received a call.
What you can do with calls
The Calls ribbon menu shows all available functions you can perform on the selected call(s).
You can also right-click on the call to access the Calls context menu:
The ribbon menu and the context menu have similar functionality. For example, to edit a call you can select a call and then click the Edit button on the Calls ribbon menu or right-click a call and select Edit
from the Calls context menu.
When a call is selected, you can perform the following functions:
Edit a call
Click Edit call to quickly edit a call from the Calls screen.
Dial a call
Click Dial call to quickly dial a call from the Calls screen.
Block number or Edit a blocked number
Click Block Number to quickly add a caller's number or name to your black list. If the caller is already on your black list, you can click Edit Blocked Number to quickly edit a black list entry for that caller. All callers on your black list are blocked and will not be able to ring through again. You can read more about blocking unwanted calls and related privacy settings in the Privacy Manager overview, Call blocking and Black list articles.
Online lookup
Click Online lookup to find more information about the caller on the PhoneTray website. PhoneTray will open your default web browser and show a page with more information about the number.
Tip:
You can leave your comments on the PhoneTray website to let other users know who the caller is.
Add to contacts or Open contact
Click Add to Contacts to quickly add the caller's name and number to the contacts list. Add to Contacts
changes to Open Contact
when you select a call from one of your contacts. You can read more about PhoneTray contact manager, editing a contact, organizing contacts into contact groups, setting up a custom ringtone for a contact in the Contacts and contact groups and Add or edit contact articles.
Add to white list or Edit whitelisted number
Click Add to White List to quickly add the caller's number to the white list. If the caller is already on your white list, you will see Edit Whitelisted Number instead of the Add to White List button. The white list contains phone numbers that can ring through even if the number category is blocked on the Privacy - Call Blocking screen. For example, you can block all toll-free numbers on the Call Blocking screen and add a specific toll-free number to the white list to allow that number to ring through.
Delete, Select all calls, Copy calls
You can read more about selecting, deleting and copying multiple calls in the Select, delete and copy calls article.
Show calls from this caller
Click Show Calls from This Caller to bring up search results for this caller. PhoneTray will search by the caller's number and show all calls from that number. If the selected call is a call from one of your contacts, PhoneTray will search by contact's name instead of phone number and display all calls from that contact regardless of the phone number the contact called from.
