PhoneTray shows incoming numbers but does not speak Caller ID

If PhoneTray shows incoming numbers but spoken Caller ID still doesn’t work, please go to the Settings - Speech screen by clicking Settings -> Speech on the left navigation panel.

Please make sure the "Use speech to announce calls" option is selected and the volume is set high enough to hear. Also make sure your speakers are selected as the Audio Device. You can click the Test button to check if Speech works:
